ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) FOR EU CITIZENS
We hereby inform you that as a user, you have the opportunity to contact the local ADR in connection with a dispute that you have not been able to resolve directly with BULTEX 99 LTD.
What is ADR?
The ADR procedure is a procedure for alternative (out-of-court) settlement of national and cross-border disputes arising from sales contracts or service contracts between a MERCHANT established in the territory of the European Union and a consumer residing in the territory of the European Union, carried out through intervention of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Authority (ADR), which ends with proposing or imposing a solution or bringing the parties to the dispute together in order to find a solution by mutual agreement.
AD are out-of-court structures. The ADR is a neutral party (eg conciliator, mediator, arbitrator, ombudsman or complaints commission), which BULTEX 99 LTD. will use to settle a dispute in case the consumer decides to seek out-of-court settlement of the dispute. The ADR procedure is cheap, easy and fast, and therefore beneficial for both consumers and MERCHANTs, who can avoid court costs and lengthy court proceedings.
