1. Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason. The deadline for cancellation is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send us a message indicating that you are exercising your right to cancel before the cancellation period expires. You may use the attached cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not pre-manufactured and where the production of which is based on the consumer's individual requirements or specifications, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. logo, embroidery, company insignia, screen printing, etc.), as well as contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been removed or damaged upon receipt (e.g. respiratory protection filters, etc.).

Consequences of withdrawal: If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund any payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notification of the cancellation of this contract, using the same payment method you used. We may refund the amount once the goods under the contract are returned to us. The goods should be returned to the address Bultex 99 Ltd., 8 Karlovsko Shosse Str., 4000 Plovdiv, Phone: +359 32 909799, by courier or in person, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline for payment will be met if the goods are sent before the end of the fourteen-day period. The returned goods must be in the commercial condition in which you received them, must not be visibly worn, must not have stains, or be torn. The products must have the original and intact labels, in their original packaging containing the product code. It is recommended that the shipment also includes a copy of the invoice for quicker and more accurate fulfillment of your cancellation request.

2. Exchange

2.1 In case of a discrepancy between the purchased and delivered goods that could not be identified at the time of delivery, the Customer may request that the delivered goods be exchanged for the correct ones in accordance with their purchase order within 14 days of receipt. To do so, the Customer must contact a STENSO operator at phone number 032 909799.

2.2 If the customer has received the requested item but wishes to exchange it, they must return the goods in their original packaging, at their own expense for both the return and delivery of the new item.

3.3. Complaint

In case of a factory defect that is discovered immediately after receiving the product in the presence of the courier, please immediately call phone number 0889860889 or 032909799.

In case of a transportation defect, you can exercise your right to claim as described below. If you find a factory defect or malfunction that is not due to improper use, please make a claim by email: sales@stenso.net. Each case will be reviewed individually. You will receive feedback at the email address or phone number you provided.

Any product that does not correspond to the customer’s order is subject to claim. In case of a clear discrepancy between the received product and the order, please immediately contact us at the phone numbers 032 909 799, GSM: 0889 860 889. The discrepancy will be checked according to the product name in the order and the name of the product received by the customer. If such an error is found, the customer will return the product at the expense of “Bultex 99” Ltd, and the correct product will be sent at the expense of “Bultex 99” Ltd.

If upon receiving the goods, the packaging is damaged or torn, the claim will be accepted only in the presence of the courier at the time of receiving the goods. In this case, immediately call the phone numbers 032 909 799, GSM: 0889 860 889. The claim will be validated by a note in the waybill from the recipient at the time of receiving the shipment.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE:

When a complaint is made within 14 (thirty) days from the purchase, under the conditions set by the store and in accordance with applicable laws, the customer may claim a refund, product exchange, or a discount on the purchased item. A third party receiving the shipment who is not the original payer has no right to claim.

COMPLAINT SERVICE:

For the warranty to be valid, the receipt must be attached to the warranty card of the product. In case of a problem or defect described in the warranty terms, please contact us via email sales@stenso.net or by phone 032 909 799, GSM: 0889 860 889.

Once the complaint is accepted as valid, "Bultex 99" Ltd. will notify the customer by phone or email and take the following actions for complaint service:

We will send the customer a new product of the same kind at our own expense. If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of the same value. If the product cannot be replaced, "Bultex 99" Ltd. will refund the customer within the legal period.

If the complaint is rejected, "Bultex 99" Ltd. will notify the customer of its decision via phone or email. If the customer requests the return of the claimed product, it will be sent back to them in a way that is convenient for them, with the cost of return shipping borne by the customer.

If within 30 (thirty) days after being notified of the decision, the customer does not collect the product, "Bultex 99" Ltd. reserves the right to dispose of the product as it sees fit and will not be liable for any amounts related to the value of the products or any expenses incurred by the original holder.

If their rights are violated, the customer may report the issue to the Consumer Protection Commission either electronically or in person at one of its regional centers.
